This adds support for Tkinter-based GUI applications by enabling the use of the
_tkintermodule as a built-in module.Matplotlibintegration was tested and confirmed to work with both the default and TkAgg backends.Before use, the Tkinter bindings need to be built using
tklib_build.py. On macOS, compatibility is ensured by running GUI applications with the--vm.XstartOnFirstThreadoption, due to native UI threading requirements.Test results of
